Ronen Reingold, Adv.
Partner and Co-Founder, has over 20 years of professional experience in communications and media law as well as privacy and data protection regulation. Ronen is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E). In his last post, he served as Chief Legal Advisor to the Israeli Broadcasting Authority (KAN). Previously, he was a partner in Herzog Fox & Neeman law firm and established a regulation and privacy department as a partner in Barnea & Co. law firm. Additionally, Ronen was Deputy to the Legal Advisor of the Israeli Ministry of Communications. Ronen has extensive experience in legislative proceedings, policy setting, and working with various regulatory authorities. He specializes in providing both Israeli and foreign corporations with regulatory and commercial advice in relation to transactions, mergers and acquisitions, tenders and court proceedings. Ronen was ranked in The Who’s Who Legal 2018 directory as a leading lawyer in the Telecom & Media category and was ranked in the Chambers and Partners 2018 directory as first tier lawyer in the Telecom, Media and Technology (Regulation) category.
Ronen earned his LL.B. degree from Tel Aviv University and his MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Ori Bassat, Adv.
Partner and Co-founder, has over 15 years of professional legal experience. For the past decade, he has served as Chief Legal Advisor to the RGE Group, a major communications and production group in Israel, which own and produce, among other things, sports channels, children's channels, and the Israeli Knesset channel. Ori has extensive experience in communications law, international production agreementslocal and international licensing agreements, intellectual property, artist representation, general commercial law and regulation.
Member of the Helsinki Committee, which oversees clinical trials in humans, at Assuta Hospital.
Ori earned his LL.B. degree from Tel Aviv University and his MBA from Tel Aviv University.
